Request for repeat prescriptions are only accepted in writing or on the previous slip.

In order to avoid errors we are unable to take requests on the phone. You will need to register for this service. Please fill in the Registration Form and hand it in at the reception. Our practice is collborting with NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) which is providing NHS numbers for those patients that may be suitable for electronic repeat dispensing prescriptions. The information is obtained from NHS prescriptions submitted to the NHSBSA. A member of our clinical team will contact these patients soon to explain the benefits of the service.
